New cooperation province of South Holland
First result of a nice new cooperation in the province of South Holland with Arjan van Lierop Landbouwmechanisatie. Most of their customers are bulb and plant growers. For bulb growers in particular, a good extraction system is important!
The extraction system was installed at W.F. Leenen & Zn, a modern and leading company specializing in the cultivation, propagation, breeding and forcing of daffodils and sonatinas.
New collaboration
A new extraction system was installed on the existing flower bulb processing line. Prior to the installation, we jointly visited the customer and mapped out the requirements. The exhaust installation (cyclone with piping) was built modularly in Franeker and further assembled in Lisse. In this case by the assembly team of Arjan van Lierop Landbouwmechanisatie.
Arjen van Lierop chose Meconaf to differentiate himself from other suppliers, resulting in a beautiful extraction system at the Leenen company.
Cyclone plant
The piping leads through the various extraction points to the extraction system. The most commonly used installations for dust and sheet extraction at flower bulbs is our standard cyclone installation, as shown below. The dirt under this filter installation is collected in a box.
