A compact filter unit with high capacity

Meconaf type TR and TRP filter units comply with current ATEX legislation and work according to the vacuum principle. In addition, we ensure that residual dust emissions remain well within the standard by using certified filter material according to dust class M.

The filter unit is also equipped with a dry fire line and can be optionally equipped with a briquette press or airlock. Due to its compact construction, the unit can be placed next to almost any commercial building, provided ATEX regulations are maintained.

Furthermore, the filter units are equipped with a large filter surface, so the filter load is very low. We have two versions in terms of filter system. In the first, the TR with a shaking frame and filter cloths. In the two, the TRP with compressed air cleaned filter cartridges. In both versions, the filter material used has a PTFE (Teflon) membrane, which ensures a long service life.

The TR and TRP filter units can be connected to a biomass boiler which can be connected to the central heating system, underfloor heating and/or air heaters. Furthermore, the negative pressure filter units with multiple fans (number depending on capacity) are equipped with an energy saving module. By adjusting the capacity to the need, no more will ever be extracted than is required. This creates enormous energy savings.

Finally, it is important that air velocity is sufficiently high to prevent the material in the pipe from precipitating causing blockages. By using multiple mains, even greater energy savings can be achieved.
