Mobile extraction units for versatile use throughout the workshop

Mobile extraction unit type UNI VII

The UNI mobile extraction units are designed for the fumes released during welding operations such as spot welding, electrode, TIG or MIG-MAG welding, producing low to medium concentrations of contaminants containing gas or fine divided particles.

The extracted vapors are first passed through a plenum where the air velocity is slowed down. The suspended contaminants are then filtered through a series of acrylic and metal filter elements that have the highest possible filtration efficiency.
The choice of filtration depends on the type of UNI-T >(95%) or UNI-H (99.95%) selected. Upon request, the mobile extraction units can be made in single-phase 220-volt version.

The UNI types of mobile extraction units are a perfect solution to extract and filter welding fumes without the need to install a fixed extraction unit in the building. This creates great freedom of movement for the
user while still protecting them from contaminated welding fumes.

Portable filter unit type AER

Portable filter unit with a highly efficient extraction fan (1 fan for AER 101, 2 fans for AER 102) in a soundproofed cabinet that extracts the polluted air through a flexible hose with magnetic base allowing a radius of action of 3 meters. The unit is controlled by an IP55 control cabinet containing motor protection switch, signaling of all data and ON indication light. The filter section consists of a metal spark arrestor pre-filter, one or two pre-treated paper filters depending on the version and an activated carbon filter to eliminate all odors released during the welding process. Version AER 102 A is equipped with an automatic start-stop, where a clamp is attached to the workpiece to be welded which is connected to the electronic control unit t.b.v. automatic start or stop, depending on whether welding is in progress or not.
