A filter unit tailored to each situation
Meconaf builds a wide range of filter systems for extracting various processes such as welding fumes, cutting processes, grinding and related processes.
Due to an extensive range and very compact construction, there is a suitable filter for every situation and capacity. The filter system can be connected to a central extraction line to which several extraction arms, grinding tables and cutting tables are connected.
Optional automatic damper control and frequency regulation can be used for this. As a result, the correct amount of air will always be extracted while saving as much energy as possible. Based on the number and type of extraction points to be connected, we determine the correct capacity.
The filter units are all equipped with the very high-quality filter cartridges with PTFE membrane and an efficiency of 99.99% at 0.5µm particle size (filter class M). These filters guarantee a very high cleaning efficiency and a very long service life. The PTFE membrane guarantees very good surface filtration, preventing small particles from entering. This makes the filters easy to clean. The cleaning of the filters is automatically controlled by the controller. If the differential pressure across the filters becomes too great, the cleaning cycle will be started automatically.

- Automatic startup with valve control, this automatically opens the slides at the extraction arms and automatically starts the filter unit.
