A robust shredder for converting your waste wood into biomass
A shredder can be used to grind wood into smaller pieces. This makes it possible for both a small and large lumber company to convert your waste into biomass. By using different sieves it is possible to briquette your waste or burn it directly in an automatically fired stove. The shredder can be connected to your extraction system so that the shredded material is transported with the rest of your wood dust.
The shredders from ISVE are suitable for shredding various hard matrials such as plastic, wood, paper etcetera. The hydraulically driven push plate pushes the material against the crusher shaft, which is driven by a geared motor. The material is shredded between the rotor blades of the crusher shaft and the push plate and is discharged through the screen, which is located at the bottom of the crusher shaft. The screen, which is available in different hole diameters, determines the size of the chips.
The shredder from ISVE is available in two types: the MR17-40 and the MR22-60. The difference is in the power of the machine and the processing speed of the material. The MR17-40 has a power of 7.5 kW and a processing speed of 80-150 kg/hour. The MR22-60 has a power of 19 kW and a processing speed of 200-400 Kg/hour.
