Compressed air cleaned cartridge filter for cnc milling machine

At Scheer Dakkapellen in Bemmel we installed a compressed air cleaned cartridge filter for the extraction of the new cnc milling machine.

This type of filter unit can run continuously due to automatic cleaning during operation. Purely for the purpose of returning the filtered air back into the workshop, so no heat is lost. Cleaning of the cartridge filter takes place in stages by means of compressed air blasts.

In summary, the automatically operating compressed air-cleaned cartridge filter, that is, a system to extract and filter airborne substances.

Manufacturing dormers

Scheer Dakkapellen is a specialist when it comes to measuring, manufacturing and installing dormers in half a day. In addition, it is also possible to place the periodic maintenance of that dormer with them afterwards.

The manufacture of the dormer windows naturally releases dust. Our automatic filter system ensures that not only the sawing and milling waste disappears, but also the fine dust. But above all, that after filtering, clean air is blown back into the hall.

Industrial compressed air cleaned cartridge filter

The new industrial filter installation is located on one of the corners of the relatively new company building (May 2020), in business park De Houtakker. With this purchase, the roofing specialist is taking a big step toward a sustainable future.

Perhaps good to mention is that this multi-purpose filter system is also well suited for the extraction of dust released during the processing of cementitious slabs.
