Filter unit for furniture industry supplier

In 2018, a filter unit was installed by Meconaf at Horjus in Dronryp. As a supplier to the furniture industry, they switched from separate filter units to one large filter unit. This new filter unit ensures a healthy and safe working environment and complies with current laws and regulations.

Filter unit module construction

The extraction system for wood dust has been specially customized by means of an advanced module construction and thus seamlessly tailored to the need. Immediate benefits have been achieved because employees now no longer have to change the plastic collection bags at every processing machine. Furthermore, due to the special negative pressure control, the extraction capacity is constantly adjusted to the requirement, which ensures lower energy consumption.
