Extraction arms type Armoflex

The extraction arms of the Armoflex type are equipped with a flexible hose constructed of glass fiber with PVC coating and a welded-in metal spiral. Due to a robust and light parallelogram construction, the extraction arm can be placed in any desired position. The plastic extraction arm has a rectangular model for optimal extraction and is equipped with an adjustable valve with grid to prevent the suction of large parts.

The IBFA type is suitable for connection to a central extraction system.

The type IBFAV EV18 is supplied with a fan type EV18 1.5kW 400V 50-60Hz.

Extraction arms type IBSA ARMOTECH

The new IBS Armotech offers high freedom of movement and positioning through the use of carefully selected materials and its innovative techniques, the arm is equipped with a pantograph for exceptionally high stability. The internal support structure is realized by reinforced steel tubing and a 6061 aluminum alloy. In addition, the components are anodized to ensure long durability despite continuous exposure to fumes. The plastic exhaust hood has a rectangular shape for optimal extraction and is equipped with an adjustable valve with grille to prevent the suction of large parts.

The type IBSA is suitable for connection to a central extraction system.

The type IBSA EV is supplied with an extraction fan.

Extraction arms type IBS Classic

This type of extraction arm is composed of 3 pivot points connected by an aluminum tube. The extraction arm is fitted with a steel hood sprayed with anti-reflection coating and equipped with mesh and a choke valve.

The type IBSR is suitable for connection to a central extraction system.

The type IBSR EV is supplied with an extraction fan.

Welding arm extension

The extension (model PAB) is suitable for Armoflex, Armotech and IBS Classic type arms. This flexible arm with 3 hinge points (IBS series) attached to a heavy wall mounting bracket, made of painted steel and complete with modular extension designed to extend the IBS system by 5 meters. The cantilevered arm can rotate 230° while the arm mounted to the extension can rotate 360°. The very simple construction allows for quick assembly and, if desired, quick adjustment of the range.

Extraction arms type IBSX

IBSX stainless steel extraction arm for ATEX applications. This type of double extraction arm is made up of 3 pivot points. The extraction arms are designed for use in explosive environments. All components are made of stainless steel 304. The moving parts are made of antistatic material. All moving parts are properly grounded. The arms are suitable for gases zone 2 and dust zone 22, with a maximum temperature of 86°C. CE: EXII3D (86°C); EXII3G (86°C) The extraction arm is equipped with an extraction hood and fitted with mesh and a choke valve.

Extraction arms type IBST

IBST Extraction arm for high temperature (max. 280°C). This type of double extraction arm is composed of 3 pivot points. The extraction arms are ideally suited for high temperature (up to 280°C). The extraction arm is fitted with an extractor hood and equipped with mesh and a throttling valve. The flexible parts have double silicone-coated tubing.
