Solid filter unit TR for Timmer Factory

A solid filter unit type TR with a high capacity was recently installed at Timmerfabriek Doedens in ‘t Zand. They understand that having a clean working environment is essential for their production. Therefore, the choice was made for an advanced filter unit, which meets the current ATEX legislation and works with a vacuum filter which is demand-controlled.

Our type TR filter unit was specially designed to meet the specific needs of this customer. Due to its compact construction, the unit was placed right next to the premises. In the process, we also ensure that residual dust emissions are well within the standard by using certified filter material that complies with dust class M.

The filter unit is equipped with a large filter surface area, making the filter load very low. This results in a long service life of the filter material, thanks to the PTFE (Teflon) membrane. The TR version is with a shaking frame and filter cloths and guarantees optimum performance and efficient filtration of dust particles.

By choosing this filter unit, Timmerfabriek Doedens is again ready for the future. They are also taking advantage of the possibility to connect this unit to a biomass boiler. Soon we may replace the old biomass unit for a new one. Once this work is also completed, they will again be assured of worry-free production in ‘t Zand for the coming year with little to no disruptions. And in the process, they will be heating their own factory building with their own waste product. How sustainable is that?
