Safe filter unit for Fraai Projects Oosterhout
A safe filter unit means that it complies with current laws and regulations (ATEX). Precisely the reason for Fraai Projecten to purchase a new filter unit for their machine shop in Oosterhout.
Fraai Projects makes forum tables, floral elements and walls for full studio settings, among other things, at its location. Since these sets are often featured in online programs or TV broadcasts, it is important to deliver everything on time. The production process must therefore be as trouble-free and efficient as possible. Among other things, an extraction system from Meconaf prevents wood dust from entering the processing machines and thus any disruption.
Safe filter unit
Meconaf’s filter units are great for extracting and filtering sanding dust and other fine dust. As a manufacturer and supplier, we consider it important to deliver quality. Therefore, our installations not only comply with all regulations, but also carry the QEX seal of approval. In addition, we apply certified filter material, keeping residual dust emissions well within the norm. Everything for a safe and healthy working environment!
In this project, an old filter installation – which incidentally did not comply with ATEX – was replaced by our SMOB compact filter unit. On site we looked at all the existing piping and advised to enlarge only the main piping. Purely because this would create better extraction at the machines. In addition, for environmental reasons, we do not want to replace materials unnecessarily if that is not (yet) necessary.
In short, we created a safe and healthy work environment in collaboration with De Groot Machining Machinery for the client in design and event styling.
