Rebuilding filter plants Nunspeet

 In Project, Wood Industry

Thanks to the modular construction of our filter systems, conversions are among the possibilities. For example, at this customer we converted the collection system from sump trays to container filling.

Conversion collection system filter plants

The reason for the conversion is that the customer in Nunspeet, after a strong growth in machining, is producing more residual waste. As a result, the number of times the collection bags with wood dust have to be changed increases and they lose time on this work. Hence, the collection system was converted from collection containers to collecting wood dust in a container. The result is significant time savings.

Container or briquette press

Our filter units are designed so that there is a choice when it comes to collecting residual waste. This project shows that it is also possible to choose another type of collection at a later date.

Here the second choice was to collect wood moth by means of an airlock to be transported to a container. This could also have been transported to a briquette press. By making briquettes, we then convert sawdust (wood dust) into fuel.

You can then use the residual product (depending on the type of material) to heat your own business premises. Or use it in your production process when heat is needed.
