Filter installation potato processor Oudesluis
Last week, our assembly team installed a filter system at Pluister Wonder arable farm, potato processor in Oudesluis (North Holland).
Of course, a whole process takes place prior to the realization phase. Starting with taking stock of the customer’s requirements. Therefore, on site we first critically examined where exactly the dust-producing areas are in the potato processing line. Before we start the design phase, the most important questions were also answered. We are happy to share two of them with you.
How can you prevent dust from spreading in the processing area?
During assembly, we wrap the dust-producing areas with so-called dust caps. With this, in combination with the extraction on these dust caps, we prevent the dust from spreading in the room. The dust is then extracted from the dust hood to the filter unit.
How can you save energy with a filter unit?
The unit filters the air practically clean (99.9%). The clean air is returned by the system to the same room from which it was extracted. Thus, any heat required is not lost and the customer saves a lot of energy with this system. Not unimportant in these days of rising energy costs.
Also need a suitable filtration system as a potato processor?
Would you also like to save energy and work in a healthier low-dust space? Then feel free to call our advisor, Bas Ruijgrok. He can tell you all about it. Or make an appointment directly for an informal talk.
