Filter installation for cnc lathe Beutech

The filter installation for a cnc lathe, for the extraction of turning waste, is a follow-up job at Beutech Kunststoffen & Bewerking BV in Steenwijk. Indeed, in 2021 we already installed a new extraction installation for the cnc-controlled milling machine there.

Not only is clean air for people and machines important to this client, so is the collection of residual waste for recycling. In fact, when turning plastic parts, plastic shavings are released. Since these shavings are quite large and can cause blockages, we installed a cutter in the pipe that reduces the shavings. As a result, the customer has fewer disruptions.

Another advantage is that the residual waste thus occupies less volume, which means that the bigbag, which is placed under the filter unit, needs to be replaced less often. In this way, Beutech effectively optimizes the entire production process.
