Exhaust system for plastic machining milling machine
In cooperation with De Groot Bewerkingsmachines, Meconaf installed a new extraction system at Beutech Kunststofbewerking.
The extraction system is connected to a newly installed CNC-controlled milling machine that allows Beutech to machine specific, challenging and technical plastic products – according to their own news release.
Like wood machining, machining plastic materials releases dust and chips. Our extraction system ensures that chips and residual dust emissions do not end up in the (working) environment, but are thus collected. In addition, two waste containers are placed under this extraction system which can be easily changed. As a result, employees do not have to change collection bags or boxes and therefore also have little to no contact with residual waste.

This makes the Meconaf filter units very suitable for plastics industry. Good to mention is that we have developed the not only an entirely new line of filter units, but also that they are custom-made. We first consider the specific needs of the client. In addition, we calculate how much air needs to be extracted for each project.
